Mary Martha's Meatloaf


Family favorite. This recipe was given to Linda by a dear, sweet, inspiring woman and friend, Mary Martha Hargrave. After her death I renamed the recipe and it was published in Recipes Filled With Love. So many people thanked me for sharing her recipe. It is a hit with many.


1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. ground beef (or use ground beef and ground pork mixture)
1 1/2 cups quick oatmeal
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cups of water
1/3 cup catsup
1 tablespoon flour

In large bowl combine all ingredients; shape into loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
