Smoothie


A favorite in our household.

1 package of French Vanilla Instant Breakfast, add any combination of frozen fruit and/or fresh fruit. (If using fresh fruit only, add ice)
Optional, add old-fashioned rolled oats, protein powder, wheat germ, honey etc. Add milk according to package. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
