1 Fresh Pineapple, sliced 1/2" thick
8 oz. Plain Yogurt
1/4 cup Honey
2 teaspoons of Cinnamon
In a medium size bowl, combine the yogurt, honey and cinnamon and set aside. Place pineapple slices on a hot grill and grill just to warm, making sure to get nice cross hatch (grill marks) on serving side. Place on serving plate and drizzle with yogurt, honey sauce. Serve warm.
