Oven Baked Zucchini Chips

1 large zucchini cut into slices
1/3 cup of Panko crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Sea salt to taste
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
5 tablespoons of low-fat milk

Slice zucchini with a mandolin. Mix all dry ingredients together except zucchini. Dip slices in the milk then into a gallon size bag filled with dry seasoning. Shake to coat. Dump on cookie sheet. Bake at 425 until crispy brown.
