Spinach Dip

An all time favorite for many.

1 loaf pumpernickel bread (cut out center for boat and cut center into cubes)

16 oz. sour cream
1 package Knorr's dry vegetable mix
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 package frozen spinach, thawed completely

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl, cover and place in refrigerator until time to use. When ready to serve, place dip into bread "boat", arrange on tray with bread slices around boat.
