Steak and Noodles

Easy, delicious, affordable family dinner. Steak and creamy goodness.

1 steak (thin, inexpensive)
1 bag of egg noodles
1 can  Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 8 oz. sour cream
Olive Oil
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper

Cut steak into small pieces. Pan fry in a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle steak with garlic powder, salt & pepper.. Cook egg noodles according to directions on bag. Drain egg noodles mix in can of Cream of Mushroom Soup add a little bit of milk if mixture is too thick. Add steak, sour cream and a little bit of parsley.

Serve with a vegetable.

Easy, easy, easy. This was Grandma Jan's recipe. Still a family favorite today.
