Easy Shepherd's Pie
This is a winner. Simply, tasty meal that doesn't take a lot of time. The Wocestershire Sauce and Garlic Mashed Potates makes this dish extra special.
1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon Wocestershire Sauce
8 oz frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese shredded
1-16 oz pkg. mashed potatoes (or Bob Evans Garlic Mashed Potatoes, already prepared)
Place beef in a large skillet and cook over medium high heat until no trace of pink remains spoon and discard fat. Stir in ketchup and worchestershire sauce. Add vegetables and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Spoon the beef mixture into a baking dish.
Mix the cheese with the potatoes in a medium bowl. Spread the potatoes over the beef and bake until heated through, 10 minutes.
Heat oven 400.
