London Broil, Flank Steak, Pork or Chicken Marinade

1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tsp ginger
3/4 cup of Canola Oil (cooking oil)

Mix together all ingredients except oil till well mixed. Then add oil and mix again. Let meat marinate in a covered dish or a large Ziploc bag at least 4 hours.

Great on the grill. You can use this marinade for chicken or pork too.
