Potato & Cheese Casserole

Saute' 2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 (diced) onion

In a large bowl combine
1 can cream of celery soup
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Add 2 lbs. shredded frozen hash browns and onions to above.
Bake in a pan, uncovered at 350 for 1.5 hours.

This recipe has few ingredients and super simple. Comes from a friend and coworker Wendy Busk.
